Day 296.
We tried to make our own miso katsu for dinner and whilst it was no where near as good as Yabaton’s it did actually taste really nice.
We dont have a deep fat frier and don’t want to fill up a pan with oil so we found a packet mix that let you give a deep fried feel to your food with out deep frying it (some sort of breadcrumb mix that you put on the meat and shallow fry).
It worked pretty well imo.
Also it is probably healthier for you.
